Popularly known for her Kuami Eugene - Wish me well cover, Veana Negasi, née Veana Elikplim Acolatse, is one of four daughters, raised in a family of music lovers. She grew up listening to country and pop music, influenced by her father’s love for those genres. Veana Negasi, however, found her voice by both singing in church and studying records of popular musicians, such as, Boyz II Men, Westlife and Destiny’s Child.
