Ben Hughes

Ben Hughes grew up in Worcester, UK, surrounded by a musical family, and has been creating quite a name for himself from an early age. Through his naturally soulful voice, Ben has created a sound which is soulful and unique - taking his Soul/ RnB influences, and sweeping them alongside the changing modern industry in a way he hopes will remain timeless.
Learning to sing and play piano from a young age, his passion for music grew, taking huge influence from artists such as, D’Angelo & Stevie Wonder in his childhood, and found further inspiration from Mac Ayres and Daniel Caesar more recently, shaping his sound and fitting beautifully into the world of Neo-Soul / RnB.
2019 saw Ben break into the scene with 5 singles, and tracks such as ‘over it.’ & ‘CK Girls’ gaining impressive organic traction. We also saw him collaborate with rapper/ social media star Spencer Elmer on the ‘over it.'
Spending time in Los Angeles, Ben has now extended his network further internationally, building and drawing inspiration from people, places and incredible experiences along the way.
This year, despite plans for 2020 being postponed, as we experienced on a global scale, Ben took this as an opportunity to focus, and create. His newest single ‘Easy’ came out December 4th. It, so beautifully and calmly, describes an unexpected relationship coming at a time where the focus is upon himself. He also released a cover of Stevie Wonder's 'What Christmas Means to Me' just in time for the festive season.
