ElitrickKids a.k.a. Patrick Gergaud has been part of the Electronic Music movement in France since the early 90s. He discovered Techno and House music listening to artists like Joey Beltram, Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, 808 State, Laurent Garnier, Speedy J and many more. He would spend hours by the stereo at night to record musics on tape and then create mixes. At age 19, he finally bought his first turntables and vinyls and started spinning Hard Techno, Techno and Minimal including Damon Wild, Fumiya Tanaka, Jeff Mills, Tim Taylor... and labels such as Tresor, Subvoice, Reload, Transmat, Planet Of Drums....Later, Patrick started his first productions and focused more on his inspirations. Although his favorite style is Hard Techno and Minimal, he will also compose more melodic and off-beat tracks making him a more versatile artist. Patrick stays true to his work. In April 2012, ElitrickKids releases its first EP on his first label, Techno Pulse Records called Chraspad. Patrick has also been involved with the Bellydance community and has already built a fan base. In August 2011, his music has been showcased at the Sabaya Bellydance Collective show in Austin, TX as well as a collaboration with Well-Known dancer April Rose leading to the release of his EP Tribal And Motion Synthesis. Recently, ElitrickKids has been releasing on Sound Kleckse Records including DJ mixes and lately, his newest accomplishment Rebooted just got released on Assassin Records.
