Illerstate are a 6 piece hip hop collective hailing from one of the city’s most notorious council estates, Langley. Illerstate’s single ‘How We Do’ is the latest offering from the Manchester based rap collective.
Baddy, Wz, Sadizzy, Matt, DJ Jammie & Shane came together from a mutual love of dark and heavy beats, intricate flows and clever word play. With influences from metal and punk to trap and dubstep, their unique brand of intense and energetic hip hop has gained them a solid fan base across the UK, gaining support from industry taste makers such as BBC 1xtra’s DJ Semtex. With regular play on Chanel AKA the group became a mainstay in the UK urban scene.
