Chris Mazuras aka Sirch is a 30-year-old producer from Melbourne, Australia. He began making music at the tender age of 19 just out of curiosity and for a bit of fun. 10 years later Sirch has made a massive impact in the minimal and techno scene. From beginning as a self-taught producer in 2009 to hitting number 1 on the Hard Techno Beatport charts in 2016.
Sirch’s style is dark, heavy and distinctly unique. Over the past 10 years he has been honing his craft and perfecting his skills giving him a sound that no one can compare and that he can call his own. He loves listening to metal and hardcore music and thought that minimal and techno was a nice transition from this sound into the dance scene.
Throughout these years Sirch has gained a total of 8K followers on his SoundCloud, not to mention releases on labels such as DoubSquare Records, DC10 Records, Oxytech Records and Dark Smile Records. He has also been supported by artists such as Deborah De Luca and Droplex, not to mention he has played and headlined at major venues within the Melbourne scene. Sirch is dedicated to his music and loves what he does, spending countless hours in the bedroom making tunes.
His biggest inspiration is Len Faki, whom he saw playing at The Basement in Geelong (Melbourne, Australia) in 2015.
