Born and raised near Boston, music like blues, jazz and Reggae were the sounds that first opened her heart to the world of music. As a little girl, her Puerto Rican father would fill the house with melodies from vinyls on a record player, intriguing her curiosity and passion for music. In high school she started singing regularly in the choir where she became attentive to her God-given sound. It wasn’t until 2007 when her heart and soul came out vocally and singing took on a new joy and drive.
Working as part of a team for disaster relief in New Orleans, Louisiana in response to hurricane Katrina was both a devastating and awe-inspiring experience. She witnessed testimonies of hope amidst chaos and her desire to release that through music was awakened. Ever since, she has walked on a path to use music to heal the soul and sing songs of faith and truth that are sure to bring listeners peace and hope....more
