Originally from Rhode Island, JELEEL! launched his career in 2017 with a string of online releases. He moved to Maryland and later L.A., where he refined his melodic raps and infused them with elements of indie rock, trap, drill and afrobeats. JELEEL!’s mesmerising flow, both delicate and raw, describe his aesthetic.
