Officially named, Dimo Dimo Claude Chapelong, Declau was born in January 1988 in a district of Douala, called Newtown Airport.
Rhythmed by the happiness of his bilingual (French and English) childhood neighborhood and his college where he started to write, sing and perform. He win, with the music club of his school, the coca-cola competition and have training from the masters of music of the company.
Today Declau is a songwriter, producer and music editor, with :i) 12 hits writen for Africans artist in the top 10; ii) 47 songs to be sold; iii) 1 album of 12 already recorded with 4 songs publicly known; iv) a musical company created Betterisk Art and Even and v) a concept called ''Da Life show people'' to give back the passion to create to the youth.
