Michael Joseph Ekong Popularly known as Lil 40ty is a Nigerian Singer, rapper and songwriter. He was born on the 6th of March 2004 in Lagos Nigeria. He grew up with his father and sister.
His interest in music started from his sophomore years in high school. He grew up listening to artist like Lil Wayne, Rick Ross , Wiz Khalifa, Chief Keef and others. Listening to those artist increased his urge to make music.
Lil 40ty started rapping in 2016 were he started downloading hip hop beats and recording with his cell phone at that time.
In 2021 he recorded his first single Ritalin which featured the artist named Emir. And the single was released in 2022 February....more
