Argentinean duo Francisco Rotta and Mateo Moreno's life long friendship have lead them to become NonCitizens.
Originating from South America, they have recently found themselves playing at clubs in Ibiza, London, Mykonos, Paris, Barcelona, Tel Aviv, Tulum, Sydney, Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Punta del Este and Buenos Aires, with their Summer 2017/18/19 Residency at Rumors Ibiza curated by Guy Gerber.
Their summer residencies have lead to opportunities of opening for some of the biggest names in Electronic Music such as Guy Gerber, Sven Väth, Dubfire, Cassy, Bedouin, Dj Tennis, Damian Lazarus, Delano Smith, D´Julz, Blond:ish, Lauren Lane, Bas Ibellini, Bill Patrick, Ryan Crosson, Martin Buttrich, Shaun Reeves Dj Three, Dj Harvey and many more. The art of warming up is not dead with this duo, perfecting their craft of knowing what to play at the right time.
2018 and 2019 was their biggest year yet, having a Residency on Thursdays at the prestigious Void Mykonos, coupled with Sundays double header of Rumors by day, and Tox by night at Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort.
Pancho and Mateo's charisma, bliss for life and attractive sounds, enchants the crowds and transforms the dance floor into a perfect place to be. Their long friendship, is a reflection of their musical alchemy.
