Born JohnChris Ndubuisi Onyeukwu on the 11th of May, 2004, JCHRIS is a Nigerian RnB and HIP-HOP Artiste. He hails from Abia State in the Eastern part of Nigeria but was born in Cotonou, Republic of Benin. From as early as the age of seven, JohnChris has always been a lover of music. Music from Artists like M.I. Abaga, Flavour, P-Square, Lucky Dube, Bob Marley, Timaya, Céline Dion, Michael Jackson, Akon just to mention a few ruled his childhood. He was only ten when he got introduced to Hip-hop and has since become really obsessed with the genre idolizing artists like Eminem and J. Cole. He started music professionally in 2020 at age sixteen when he dropped his first single ICE. Before that, he was just doing random freestyles on Instagram where He came across Russian producer Oleg Graves popularly known as Snare 1.0, fell in love with his unique style and rhythm and ever since then they both have been making music together bringing a whole new different Vibe as an unstoppable force in the independent grind....more
