Denise is a film/tv music composer currently based in Los Angeles. Born and raised in the Philippines, she began playing and studying classical piano at the age of four. Pursuing her passion for music through college, she entered her career as a professional keyboard musician for the alternative jazz band Hidden Nicki and the post-rock band Bones Like Snowflakes. She has applied her diverse musical background, influences and skills to countless projects with diverse and award-winning casts such as Filipino directors and actors Samantha Lee, Alvin Yapan, Ato Baustista, Jasmin Curtis, Andi Eigenmann, Agot Isidro, and Mon Confiado. In 2014, she moved to the United States and studied the art of film scoring through UCLA's Extension programs.
