Max Marinacci

Max Marinacci is an Italian musician, DJ and producer, based in Rome, known for his Deep House, Soulful/Jazzy and Afro/Latin influenced sounds. Max grew up in a musical environment and he soon started his career combining his jazzy roots with House Music grooves. He has played in renowned clubs, parties, and festivals in Rome, all over Italy and abroad in ADE, sharing the booth with famous deep house artists. He has collaborated with well-known soul singers and he is signed to major labels worldwide. His records have earned support from industry legends such as Laurent Garnier, David Morales, or Hector Romero.

In his youth, Max was surrounded by music and musicians. His mother plays harp, his uncles play sax and piano and always took him to jazz concerts and gatherings where jazz music was discussed. In the late 90’s Max bought MAW ‘Freestyle Orchestra’ and he quickly combined these influences to start playing and creating quality dance music. His productions are mainly inspired by St. Germain, Kerri Chandler, Louie Vega, Quincy Jones, Miles Davis, and Incognito sounds.

Max has recently launched his Jazz in da House record label and he intends to express the perfect fusion between the rhythm of the dance beat and the subtleness of jazz. He is currently focused on its releases and on the associated Live project with musicians’ performances.
