The 2017 Toyota Star Maker Winner has enjoyed an incredible 18 months of musical highlights:
2018 saw Rachael hitting #2 on the Australian Country Music charts with her singles Brakelights and What I Don’t Know, reaching #1 on Kix Country Radio. She was nominated as a finalist @ the CMC Awards in the category of "Best Newcomer".
2019 sees Rachael fast becoming one of Australia’s most exciting and promising cross over artists - and a new record of country-pop future classics is sure to the seal on that prospect! Rachael spent the early part of the year in the US, having been invited to perform at SXSW (and featuring as the only country artist on the highly coveted Austin 100 from NPR) and making her debut in the Nashville songwriting scene. She returned to Sydney inspired by her experiences and with a host of new songs under her belt. The recently released "Crush", an uptempo live show favourite and current single "Even If I Wanted To" ft. fellow Star Maker Brad Cox are both enjoying both local and international media and playlist support.
Iconic is a beautiful and emotionally crafted 7 song journey into all aspects of love and loss, already 4 hit singles deep and more to come including future hits Homewrecker, Best I Never Had as well as the title song Iconic....more
