Sons of Daughters are a modern, gritty, country duo comprised of Chrystal Leigh and Jimmy Thow, hailing from Vancouver, BC, now based in Nashville, Tennessee.
The move to the home of country music proved to be a game-changer for the duo. There, they met and landed a management deal with Ron Kitchener of RGK Entertainment Group (which oversees the thriving careers of Dean Brody and Tim Hicks). They have collaborated with numerous Grammy-nominated, hit songwriters, and have showcased at the iconic Bluebird Cafe, The Listening Room, and Nashville’s favorite Monday night party, Whiskey Jam.
Their new single “I Picture You” hits radio and digital platforms on January 17, 2020. The must-see group is starting the year off with a bang, joining forces with Tebey and Meghan Patrick on their respective tours.
The single comes on the heels of the duo’s debut EP “Love In A Bar”, a compilation of six unique tracks, which has amassed more than 2 million streams worldwide since its release in July 2019.
In 2019 the duo was nominated for the Rising Star Award at the 2019 CCMA Awards in Calgary and were finalists in the 2019 SiriusXM Top of the Country competition. Thow continues to make a name for himself as a skilled songwriter, co-writing Tebey’s smash hit “Good Jeans” which reached #2 at Canadian country radio.
