Formed in 1996, the Toronto area band released its debut album the following year, The Last Silver Special, which received critical acclaim for its obvious influences and styles. The band, known for its eclectic covers of songs by the Wings to the New Year's Eve standard Auld Ang Syne, the group took some time off before settling down in 1998 to record their second effort.
