In 2008, Emiz started his career with a couple of self produced singles that paved his way into the Nigerian music industry; he then quickly started producing for major artists such as Bracket, Duncan Mighty, Jaywon, Two Tigers, Halima Bah and many others. Emiz soon shot to fame as he was not only nominated by the Nigeria Gospel Awards as Producer Of The Year in 2014, and got signed in 2017 to Evidence Music (who quickly saw his potential as a singer, songwriter and composer); but Emiz - through Evidence Music - also dropped his first solo album in 2019, which raised eyebrows and earned him international recognition. Following the success of the first album, Emiz teamed up with Swiss Music Awards winner Danitsa and billboard Dancehall artist Busy Signal in 2021; this collaboration placed him on the forefront of the international scene. Emiz and Evidence Music wasted no time and began working on a new album. A musical journey into Nigerian afro-pop, Stronger compiles some of Emiz’s latest singles and some blazing new ones. Always trying to keep a critical eye on his environment, the album serenades with some of the most conscious and thought provoking lyrics on some soothing melodies.
