From the age of five onward, Phil Scilippa (Saltee) knew he wanted to pursue music. Hailing from Denver, Colorado, Phil picked up a wide range of musical influence from an early age. Adapting those styles into a unique sound all his own, Phil has produced electronic music across a multitude of genres, beginning with his now-retired trance and progressive alias, Hivemynd.
After shedding the old moniker and honing in on a deeper and more refined sound, Phil became Saltee. His productions are now very much centered around drum & bass, but he still enjoys producing everything from house to dubstep. There is lots to look forward to from Saltee in the coming years....more
