With a reputation for pairing sassy lyrics with bold, in-your-face production, Theia has established herself as one of the most exciting and idiosyncratic acts on the Australasian pop scene. Her debut EP earned her three nominations at the 2017 NZ Music Awards, while her second EP, NOT YOUR PRINCESS, received two nominations at the 2019 Waiata Māori Music Awards. She has twice made the 'Top 40/Pop" shortlist in the International Songwriting Competition.
Theia has played at many of NZ’s largest summer festivals and supported artists such as Sia, Portugal. The Man, LEON, Tones and I, Broods & Mika. She also recently performed at the Heaps Gay party at Sydney Mardi Gras 2020.
