Peregrino is a folk/americana band that formed in Mexico City in 2014. Due to the band members' roots (2 Americans & 2 Mexicans), their style incorporates an array of musical elements, mostly centered around folk, country, rock and blues.
The music is driven by the lyrics, message, melody and vocal lines, but also leaves space for moments of pure energy and musical movement. As a result of the band's mix of influences and its anchor in yesteryear's folk music of the plains of North America, Peregrino has created a unique sound in the middle of the great Mexican metropolis.
