Blau

Blau es el proyecto solista del trombonista Lautaro Schachmann. Es una mezcla de estilos y géneros musicales disímiles y atemporales entre sí: Blau es un estilo musical en sí. Es música escrita y compuesta por un trombonista, rica y variada tímbricamente. Por momentos es música con estructuras provenientes del jazz, con armonías jazzeras y momentos de improvisación por momentos es música electrónica bailable, con beats y sonidos electrónicos pero con instrumentos tocados en vivo y en otros momentos son meramente canciones pop, con cierto desarrollo minimalista instrumental y en donde la voz cantante no es lo predominante. Es música bailable, pero introspectiva.

Blau es un oxímoron en sí.

Blau is the group leaded by the Argentinian trombone player called Lautaro Schachmann. It's a mixture of a group of very different and timeless. Blau is an unique music genre itself. Sometimes you may listen to harmonic structures coming from jazz music, with improvisation parts; sometimes it turns to electronic dance music, with electronic beats but generated by live instruments; sometimes these are just minimalistic pop songs, but where the lead singer voice is just another instrument within all the others. It is dance music, but introspective.

Blau is an oxymoron.
