Mel MAG$

Mel MAG$ is a New York Hip Hop artist from the Bronx. At an early age he began writing short stories and novels, his initial aspiration was to be an Author. This passion then began to switch to music in his College days. Although Hip Hop was not his choice of music when he was younger he always respected and admired the writing aspect of the art. Once he began getting older and understood the more adult themed content, that's when the digging began. From Jay-Z to DMX and to the newer artists of the time such as Kendrick Lamar and J.Cole, MAG$ became obsessed with his new found love of Hip Hop. As his music taste grew and his love for the art, he began writing himself. From what started off as simple raps he would kick with his friends soon became a passion that grows stronger everyday. Mel MAG$ is devoted to honing his craft and artistry into making the best music that his pen can create.
