Crooked Teeth

What do you get when you cross the nostalgic guitar leads and hard-hitting drums of alternative rock with the smart and catchy lyrics of Top 40 pop? The answer is Crooked Teeth. Hailing from sunny California, the band is showing no signs of slowing down in their pursuit of musical domination. They released their Honey EP in August 2018, and its title track spent six weeks on KROQ’s Local Only Top 5 Chart, as well as had its UK debut on BBC1’s The Rock Show. The band spent April and May of 2019 opening for This Wild Life across the US and Canada, bringing these songs to an impressive number of sold-out crowds and meeting fans who could relate to their music. Earmilk describes the band’s current single, “Beg,” as being “the defining decision we’ve all had to make...between leaving the bar early OR staying out till all hours of the night and succumbing to a hellish hangover the next morning. It’s a true headbanger and millennial emo-anthem of 2019” (Earmilk, 2019). The track accumulated over 100,000 streams across all streaming platforms within two months of its release.
