Sleek Whizz

David Were popularly know by his stage name as Sleek Whizz is a recording and performing artist from Nairobi, Kenya born and raised there with an influence of afro-pop and hip-hop. Many of Sleek's Songs became very popular and trendy on social media in line with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.

Career.
Sleek comes from a musical background and attributes most of his inspiration from the music he used to listen as a kid from big artists like Lil Wayne and Michael Jackson. He has since been making music from primary school and after joining MKU to pursue IT, he realized thats not his thing and he dropped to chase his dream.

He joined Sauti Academy and graduated as one of the elites from East African Music powerhouse. He has worked with several artistes. His first debut single was " Girlfriend" and he wrote it with his first love and after that he released Alone, Wanting You, Vibe, Leo and medical then Foreword the Album

Sleek have manged to graduate from Sauti Academy as one of the elites from the East African music powerhouse. He has managed to get over 500k streams in his total hits on Boomplay while his single "Chakacha" having 124k+ streams.
