Y DERM (Yong Dermot Tufoin) is a Cameroonian by nationality , He is an afro pop/afro njang music artist. He comes from the North West Region of the country, Cameroon , Kom (Belo precisely). He was born on the 22nd of April 1997 and is the second in a christian family of four at Fuli.
He grew up in Belo (Fuli) where he attended primary education at C.S Fuli, secondary education at GBHS Belo where he had his Ordinary and Advance Level certificate.
He moved to the South West regional of the country In 2015 to further his studies in the University of Buea. He is a holder of a BSc in Geography and is currently a second year masters student in the University of Buea, studying MSc Geography.
He loved music since he was a kid and also took part in choral singing and traditional dances during his secondary school days.
