P. Chao is a Kenyan Gospel musician, singer, songwriter and content creator. She was born in Mombasa but later moved to Nairobi, where she grew up. She discovered her love for music and the creative arts as a child and would sing special songs in school and in church. She was a member of her church’s children’s, teens, and adult worship teams. She was also a member of her primary, Secondary school, and University choirs. P. Chao is currently working on releasing her first Gospel Album, “Heavenly Progressions”. P.
