Bryan Arias Balucan aka “Kuya Bryan” is a Cebuano songwriter and the founder of OBM (Original Bisaya Music). Although he is known by many for his melody and lyrics, he is more admired because of his speed and versatility (About 100 songs in 9 albums with different genres in Bisaya, Tagalog & English on his first 4 years).

After watching his former classmate and friend Franco Reyes of Franco band in Singapore, he was inspired to write songs. It was a big challenge for him to be a songwriter, knowing that he was a dancer/choreographer for almost 18 years with no musical background. He started writing in February 2016 and playing the guitar. It was all self-study and pure dedication to learn the art.

They only used it to hype their own music and artists. That’s why Kuya Bryan organised OBM to make sure it’s fair, honest & sincere in helping the most deserving singers and songwriters.
