Lovecats are a band made by three friends with great live music experiences throughout
not only the Italian country (Radio Rai, Musicultura, Red Bull Tour Bus), but also in
Great Britain and Germany whilst collaborating with important producers (Velvet,
Riccardo Sinigallia, Fabio Grande).
Lovecats is also the title of their first EP, out in February 2019. Five songs full of all the
experience and passion that had been developed in 10 years of live gigs. Straight-forward
songs, with a great sense of mature and girth.
The EP recalls tones from bands like Death cab for cutie, Motorpsycho, Black Keys.
Tone research and musical experimentation were intense. The use of synthesizers and
effects created a distinctive sound right from the beginning.....more
