Groovy Jo is a Kenyan rapper and singer, 3 time nominee at the Unkut hip hop awards since 2018.She recently graduated from Jkuat Karen where she did business information technology during the day and was at the studio recording during the night. She started off with doing her Instagram freestyle videos where she caught the attention of Shrap manager Musau Mumo who got her on board with shrap and proceeded to release over 20 songs and now has one tape The Groovy way which she released in 2021 end of March that has created a fanbase for her which she calls the Groovy Gang. Groovy Jo has collaborated with artists such as Boutross, Asum Garvey, Tulia to name a few and has also expressed that she will be dropping another tape in 2022.
