Lox Chatterbox is the alias of Cali native, Morgan Box. He slowly created an independent grassroots following from a series of releases on Soundcloud and Youtube trap channels such as Trap Nation, Tribal Trap, Trap Party, and Rap City starting in 2014. He considers himself an “alternative rapper” because his music is filled with anti-establishment motifs and unabashed honesty, alternative to the majority of his hedonistic peers.
Morgan found solace in music from an early age, and created a dependency for the comfort it provided him. He admits to having battled with depression, anxiety, and addiction throughout his lifetime. In 2018/2019 he battled Gastric Cancer and went though some radical life changes in the treatment/rehabilitation process following a relocation to Ontario, Canada.
In 2020 he released “How To Live Forever” and moved to Hamburg, Germany. He is currently working on an anonymous experimental project with Starfish the Astronaut....more
