John Coggins
Coggins first began his professional music career in 2010 when he wrote and produced music for a nationally placed Pilot Pen ad. Since then, he has had the opportunity to work with other national ad campaigns, including projects for Jiffy Lube, Zappos, Kodak, and more. He has also worked with Sony, Atlantic, and Patriot Records.
In 2012, Coggins created Soundwall Studios to begin full production of independent artists and has since produced more than 100 musical acts.
In 2013, Coggins also released his own E.P., “Hold the Ones You Love,” and later, won Best Rock Song in the Alchemy Songwriting Contest for his song “Over the Edge,” written for his band The Outset.
After building his brand in Tulsa, Okla., Coggins moved to Los Angeles, and within months, performed at the Microsoft Theater. Since his relocation, he has played the iconic Hotel Café and continues to lead music every Sunday at the Hollywood Palladium.
