Lyrivelli’s purpose on this planet is to be heard through the heart and soul of his music. As a proud, first-generation Dominican artist, he actively works to break the systematic oppression forced on him, his family and many other minority groups in America. The memories of him and his dad listening to Bachata, riding through Brooklyn in that 99’ Toyota Camrey shaped his musical identity as a child. This propelled him to make music that broke outside the norm of the traditional
hip-hop formula. His goal is to plant seeds of success for future generations. Integrated vertically, he seeks to build generational wealth being fully aware that he might not be around to enjoy the fruits of his labor. With relentless ambition and spirit, Lyrivelli has emerged from the soil, prosperous.
Living, growing, and creating in New York City, exposed Lyrivelli to the harsh realities of the impoverished inner city neighborhoods he grew up in. Never shying away from his responsibilities as a Black Latino man, he aims to motivate, exhilarate and encourage people to elevate themselves despite the hardships they face. Because when we are gone, it’s the spirit of who we are that we leave behind. And Lyrivelli, is leaving a legacy.
