Norwegian artist and producer MIRIEL takes her background as a classical pianist with her into the world of pop. By combining angelic voices, flying synths, and church organ with some French impressionistic piano music, she creates something you could call atmospheric alt-pop. Her influences ranges from Bon Iver to Debussy, and ends up somewhere in between Kate Bush, Aurora and Agnes Obel. Her self-produced debut album will be released in three chapters during the winter of 20/21. The first chapter "A" was released in December 2020, the second chapter “LOVE” is out now, and the third and last chapter will be out in the spring....more
