Forever Son is the project of singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jack Robbins. Forever Son’s sound is raw and free flowing with a splash of reverb. Tracks imbue dreamy, sun-soaked mornings without the restraint of calculated thought.
Growing up in Anglesea, close to Australia's famous surfing spot Bell's Beach, Forever Son first picked up a guitar at age thirteen and started playing in bands not long after. Moving to Melbourne in 2013, Forever Son released a 7” split single that year with hometown friend, Fraser A. Gorman.
After the release of single, ‘Rambling Knots’ in late 2015, Forever Son headed back into the studio to write and record his first long-play, '10 Months'. Following on from the release of singles, ‘San Jose’ in late 2016 and ‘Crumb Kitchen’ in early 2017, '10 Months' was released to critical acclaim amongst Australian broadcast media.
Following on from the release of '10 Months', Forever Son has spent many hours ensconced in his new home studio in Victoria’s Torquay, writing and recording material for his next album release....more
