Rawf K (pronounced Rough K) is a versatile UK-based Cameroonian artist. He moved to the UK from Cameroon at the age of 13; but he maintains a deep connection with his roots.
He is one of the pace-setters who inventively blended Benskin rhythm and Hip Hop in 2011.
As a teen, Rawf K joined a group called J.P.S consisting of himself and two Nigerians. Together , they recorded an album titled HOME & AWAY in 2008.
In 2009, they were nominated as best group during the annual Young Achievers’ Award held in the U.K.
In 2010, he went solo after the group disbanded. He released a project dubbed "Fusion," comprising "C'est La Fete" and "Benskin Rap.""
Benskin" rap made a remarkable impact in 2011. Rawf K has been a solid exponent of Cameroon diaspora music and cultural inclination.
Over the years, he has released "Chuckam pass", "Welcome" featuring 6ty.
