Dr Vega nacio en Mayaguez PR. Con mucho esfuerzo llego a terminar una carera medica. Despues de terminar medicina, en el 2017 decidio empezar su carera como artista musical. Trabajando desde el Oeste en PR llego a trabajar con artistas locales desarrollando various proyectos musicales. Es asi como sus redes musicales se expanden y empieza a trabajar con Eliot el Mago de Oz, un productor reconocido y destacado en el genero. Es ahi donde Dr Vega comienza a trabajar su primer álbum y dentro de el mismo tiempo sale con su primer sencillo profesional En Secreto, q fue una colaboración con el gran artista Joe F.
