East Los Angeles based Pop artist and songwriter, Z33R0(pronounced “Zeero”), broke into the music scene in early 2018 with their “witty” guitar driven dance record ALEX YOU’RE A WHORE. A song that shares insight into how young people talk about sex among their peers. Z33R0, the sexual health consultant turned POP STAR uses humor to tell stories and paint pictures with words in an unapologetic world where the most “politically” aware person will think it, but Z33R0 will say it.
Z33R0 in currently working on a full-length album THE RUDEST THING, a musical rollercoaster of emotions exploring the journey of a young person as they navigate life through an ever changing social circle, as well as looking to self define what it means to be Mexican-American in a TRUMP era. As loud as their past work has been, Z33R0 also explores their more sensitive side through songs like MAYBE. A Reggaeton inspired mid-tempo record that tells the tale of a person proclaiming their love for their online “Hook-up” hoping that the other person feels the same, “Quiero decirte que te quiero, pero no se is tu sientes lo mismo.” A story about taking chances in love and in life.
