Known for his distinctly unique vocal style, versatility, and catchy adlib's, rapper Lil Marv busted out and impacted the city of Cleveland Ohio in the mid 2000's w/ multiple mixtape's, classic city singles, ( I Wanna G, Ridin wit a G, Candy Aquafina ), and contributed to several other hits as a featured artist. He scored his first commercial hit single "Mannie Fresh" (2015) produced by Cleveland's own clockwork muzik. Lil Marv quickly became a certified solo artist and key factor in Cleveland, with productions and releases from Cle natives Dj Steph Floss (Young Kyrie mixtape), Clockwork muzik, Chxpo (Eternal Wrecking Mixtape 2017), ATL's own Zaytoven and more. By the end of 2018 Lil Marv went from recording songs in his basement to riding around New York city with ASAP ROCKY listening to unreleased music , he amassed several full-length projects, multiple solo videos, blog appearances such as The Source, even making a brief appearance on MTV's Black Ink (2018).
MARV, whose real name Marvin Martin Jr was born in 1991 in Cleveland, OH. After his parents split upon birth he spent most of his early childhood traveling back and forth from his mom (nurse) and dad (drug dealer) thru out the rough streets of cleveland ohio. His first attempt to committing lyrics to paper was at age 12, he was heavily influenced by texas rappers (dsr, mike jones, chamillionaire), New York rappers (juelz santana, 50 cent).
