Growing up, I’ve always been surrounded by music. I must’ve counted a million mile markers on my way to the next conference or church where my parents were leading worship. I was first inspired to write music when I heard a One Republic song called "Secrets". I remember the way it moved my 10ish-year-old heart. It felt sort-of like an emotional déjà vu of feelings I didn’t know were ever a part of my history. I didn't know it then, but that very feeling of being impacted so deeply almost beyond human expression would be the very thing I'd spend my life pursuing. The songs that I write come from life experiences, random inspirations, and the intimate moments that I have with God. I like hopping between the worship and pop/funk genres because there's so many different kinds of music that inspire me to create! Regardless of what genre my latest songs fit in to, my life starts and ends with Jesus, and every day I’m writing the in between. Thanks for being a part of my journey to fully expressing the ideas I have In my head. I literally couldn't do this without you. You're the bomb.com!
