My Incredible Life (MIL) — started their music journey in their early days in high school — jamming in the garage after class in a classic teenage pastime, with hopes of making it big one day. While their rise to fame was somewhere between fast and meteoric, the Ghanaian UK-based MIL are steeped in the Southern tradition of versatile groups, having come together over their shared love of acts like the Beetles and Osibisa. Members Clement Poplampo (Popo), Opoku Kelvin (LoQi), Andy Ntim-Ansong (Lhevelz) and James K. Antwi (Rhymez) who are all bounded together with a strong force of friendship, grew up together. They started making music under the name ‘The Young Millionaires Environment’ (TYME), with the name MIL becoming official in 2017. In 2018, they released their first single, “Bhad Girl”, followed by “Big Baby” by Popo— emerging as their first Extended Play (EP) in 2019.
