GEM.In.I is a wordsmith in every sense of the word, a creator of beautiful hiphop music and a huge fan Rene Magritte paintings. He started off in 2007 with a record titled "Superior", recorded three others in 2009 titled "Return Of The Ironman", "Doin' it big" and "The Necessary Evil".
Thogh he is a graduate from the department of Mechanical Engineering at the University Of Nigeria, Nsukka, he always had a natural gravitation to hiphop music with influences ranging from Black Thought (Of The Roots) to Jay-z To Common to Modenine and the entire Swatroot movement. After hiding from the music scene for a while, he re-emerged with a record titled "The Audacity Of Hope" which hit the air ways in 2015. This record birthed his first mixtape titled "Living by Ex-sample". This mixtape gathered impressive reviews from listeners and necessitated a need for a second offering....more
