House music Producer extraordinaire JT Donaldson fresh off of his titanic #1 smash hit "Stay Inside" presents this 5 track exploration of the sounds that launched him into the stratosphere of must buy artists basically from day one. The Faces EP encapsulates all the different influences and locales that JT has had the opportunity to bask and live in over his long career. A Dallas native, JT began his deep dive into the world of Chicago house courtesy of a demo he submitted to Chez Damier which eventually led to a remix on the classic "Close" EP released on Balance in 1997. JT went on to collaborate with the likes of Spencer Kincy, Sandy Rivera, Lance DeSardi, Chris Nazuka, Cpen, Fred Everything, and, most recently, Liv.e. His solo production outings have graced the best house labels in the world including Classic, OM, Cajual, and Large. Here on Faces, JT goes deep, makes it funky, gives you an acid wash, and delivers the jack all in his own polished, groovy style.
